If you have a maintenance issue, we make every effort to replace or repair any items to the original state when you first moved in, or take other temporary actions to ensure that your home is safe and secure.
For service, call the Maintenance Helpline at 502-719-7123 or your property manager during regular business hours. During evenings or weekends, call 502-589-2272 to report a maintenance issue. The severity of the problem will determine response time.
